Return and Exchange Policy

This return and exchange policy ONLY applies to the Ecoegg Product Range

For other product range, purchase is final. There will be no refunds or exchange unless product is faulty. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your product (with proof of purchase and a photo/video of the faulty product). In some cases, you need to return your faulty product before we are able to send you a refund/exchange. Email us at [email protected] for the return address.

We will not refund or accept any returns or exchange after that timeframe.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you’re not happy with our Ecoegg products for whatever reason during the 30 days from the date of purchase, just send it back to us and we will refund your money. 

Please note that the buyer will have to cover the cost of the return postage.

The products are in its original packaging and sufficient packaging is used when returning goods. Please also provide your receipt as proof of purchase.

Refunds will not be provided:

  • If the return is more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If you have damaged the goods including damage caused by inadequate packaging when returning goods.
  • If you do not provide receipt as proof of purchase.

 


 

Faulty Products

If you believe that you have received a faulty product, please email us a copy of your receipt or invoice to [email protected]

Please note that the buyer will have to cover the cost of the return postage.

Once examined, your replacement product will be sent. If you opt for a refund instead, your money will only be refunded within the 30 day period. Remember to include the invoice with the goods or you can email invoice along with the returns form to save time.

Refunds or Exchange will not be provided:

Exchange for Fragrance or Size

If you are returning for an exchange for fragrance or size reasons, please email us a copy of your receipt or invoice to [email protected]. Please send the item(s) to the below address within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that the buyer will have to cover the cost of the return postage.

You will also be incurred a re-shipping charge which will cost depending on the location of your shipping address. This can be payable by Paypal to [email protected]

To exchange our products, please make sure that:

  • The return is within the 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product(s) is intact, is not in use and is in its original packaging.
  • Sufficient packaging is used when returning goods.

Exchange will not be provided:

  • If the return is more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If you do not provide receipt as proof of purchase.
  • If we find that the product(s) is opened and being used. Your product(s) will then be returned to you.
  • If you have damaged the goods including damage caused by inadequate packaging when returning goods
